Role Description

The Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting with daily operations. Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of administrative duties that support the overall company. He/she will facilitate practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. Supports the VP of Finance and Human Resources to ensure efficient operation. This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator at the headquarters office in Tulsa, OK.


  • Strong administrative assistance skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage office equipment, troubleshoot technical problems, and order office supplies
  • Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  • Associate’s degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or related field is preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include proficiency in record keeping and documentation, and the ability to work well in a team.

Base Salary

$35,000/yr – $50,000/yr
