Brad Folks, PE serves as GUY Engineering’s Bridge Inspection Program Manager and Project Manager, bringing over 11 years of experience in bridge design and inspection. He leads a team responsible for inspecting more than 1,000 bridges annually and has personally inspected over 2,200 structures, giving him a unique, field-informed perspective on infrastructure performance and longevity.
Brad specializes in bridge and culvert design, hydraulic analysis, and construction sequencing, and has successfully managed complex projects for county, state, and tribal clients. He is known for maintaining high standards in quality control, safety, and compliance while delivering practical, cost-effective solutions.
A licensed Professional Engineer in four states, Brad was recognized as the 2025 OSPE Young Engineer of the Year and has previously served as President of the Oklahoma City American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to public safety make him a key asset in delivering resilient infrastructure solutions that serve communities for generations.
