Brandon Dudgeon

Right-of-Way and Utilities Manager

Brandon serves as GUY Engineering’s Right-of-Way and Utilities Manager, bringing 11 years of right-of-way experience and a strong background in transportation project delivery. Originally from Cordell, Oklahoma, Brandon has spent the past 14 years in Lincoln County and has built his career around public service, leadership, and infrastructure improvement.

Brandon earned a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a double major in Criminal Justice and Park Law Enforcement. Before transitioning into transportation, he served 6.5 years in law enforcement with the Cities of Weatherford and Stillwater. He later continued his professional development through Construction Technologies coursework at OSU-OKC and joined the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, where he spent 11 years advancing from a Right-of-Way Specialist to Division Manager for the On-System Project Management Division.

Throughout his career, Brandon has developed extensive experience managing right-of-way and utility coordination efforts for transportation projects, with a particular passion for off-system projects and county bridge improvements. He enjoys seeing these projects move from concept to completion and the meaningful impact they have on the communities they serve.

Brandon’s leadership philosophy is simple: lead by example. He takes pride in building teams that understand the bigger picture and work together toward shared success. One project that stands out in his career is the Happy Hollow Bridge in Garvin County, which was memorialized in honor of the late Commissioner Stan Spivey.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and their son, who remains the highlight of many family conversations. He is actively involved in his church and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
